My passion for hospitality has deep roots and grew into a profession through a solid, well-rounded journey. After 17 years in banking, I trained as a life and business coach to better understand the human and entrepreneurial dynamics behind success.

I combined these skills to create Alma Calma Hotel Rural, a boutique hotel in Fuerteventura built from scratch, crafted with vision and care in every detail.

This hands-on experience, combined with strategic vision, is now the foundation of my consulting work. I support my clients through every phase with a clear, practical, and always tailored approach.
