I’m Laura Carbone, consultant and founder of Alma Calma Hotel Rural. After years in banking and training as a coach, I left it all behind to create a place where authentic hospitality, minimalist design, and sustainability come together. My experience

Alma Calma Hotel Rural is the result of a project built entirely from the ground up.
I chose the location, managed the renovation, handled the full licensing process, and took care of every operational detail, from the furniture to the breakfast, from the branding to the very first check-in.
For four years, I poured my time, energy, and skills into bringing this boutique hotel to life.
It’s a real, sustainable, and fully functioning project, the living proof of what I now offer to my clients.
